Are you interested in working together?
Hello, my name is Lauren Pears; I’m a UK-based freelance travel writer and the face behind The Planet Edit.
On this blog, I combine wanderlust and practical advice to create crafted guides, discussions, and narratives to help and inspire intrepid travellers to experience the best of the great outdoors.
People who read The Planet Edit are typically 25 to 55 year olds who revolve their travels around adventure. They enjoy being active on their holidays, choosing to go hiking, biking or wildlife-spotting, and also care about travelling responsibly and sustainably.
Do we share an audience? I’m always keen to work with like-minded brands and publications to showcase great gear, great destinations and great ideas.

Let’s get down to business
Here’s how we can work together:
Freelance Writing
I’m a travel writer at heart and love to wax lyrical about beautiful destinations. Perhaps you’re looking for a one-off feature or a series of articles for your outdoor travel website? If so, I’m your girl.
Sponsored Content
Interested in having your brand featured on my blog? This could be a piece written by me about why your outdoor brand rocks or a feature about your destination. Sponsored content is a great way to get yourself in front of my audience.
Gear Reviews
Got a great piece of outdoor gear? I can publish an (honest) review on my blog. If I really love it, it might appear in one of my “best of” gear roundup articles.
